The service was very good and kept us up to date with emails, on the delivery, which was delivered in a very short time and in great condition. We had no problem setting it up, actually I, as a 73 year old woman, with back issues, was able to do it very carefully, with no trouble, by myself. “Our original mattress was for a Cal King bed, and it works well for both of us regarding the firmness which we both like, but not so hard that it bruises my tailbone when I lay on my back like some firm mattresses. Supportive for both a 120 lb person and 190 lb person. When I needed to buy a full-sized mattress, I was grateful for the discount given if I opted out of the money-back trial period (which I didn't need since I already knew the mattress.)”
“We researched so many mattresses. We have a Purple mattress and one of us likes it better than the other, so getting another Purple did not seem like the thing to do. It is for a second location. We slept on the Nolah for one month and we both thought it slept well. Things I did not like were that there is no support if you sit on the edge. If you want to read or compute in bed, it is not great for that, not much support for sitting up. But, sleeping on the bed was fine. We both felt comfortable and slept well on this mattress. The Purple is firmer than Nolah, which I found too soft. But to reiterate, both of us slept well.”
