“It took a week or so to get used to it. My previous mattress (also foam and 40 years old) was very firm but I always liked it. Now that I am older I thought something a little softer might feel better, and it does. My heels no longer hurt in bed and I think my shoulders are more comfortable. Took a little getting used to having my hind end sinking into the mattress a little as I was used to sleeping "on a mattress" rather than "in it," but now I find it comfortable. Hope it will last a long time. Shopping experience was good, easy, and it came right away.”
“I purchased the Nolah mattress after trying out several other new mattresses and still having back pain. The mattresses were sagging in the middle also even though I only weigh 122. I looked for a mattress that wouldn't sag and that was good for side sleepers and aches and pains. The customer service was great and I like that the mattress is light enough for me to move myself. It was a little firm for me but I had a new 2" medium latex topper available that had I tried on my previous mattress. So I put that on the Nolah mattress and the two together are perfect. Time will tell if the mattress sags but I have high hopes!”

“Buying was super easy (I went through Affirm) and they ship super fast. Unpacking was hassle free. After reading some reviews, I did let the mattress sit for a full day before use. I'll admit, the first night felt odd sleeping on the mattress. I wasn't used to a firm type of bed. My mattress before this had been very soft (and not so great). But after that first night, I've slept wonderfully each time. I have a bad back and pelvic issues. Since this mattress, I don't need to sleep with a pillow between my knees!”
