The purchasing process was easy and the mattress was delivered quickly. It was very easy to open and set up. My hip pain was virtually gone after less than a week of sleeping on my new Nolah mattress. It doesn't hold heat as much as my old one, but it is not as cool as I'd hoped; I'm still throwing off the covers in the middle of the night to cool off.
