“My husband and I love our new Nolah! I was experiencing shoulder and hip pain from sleeping on my old mattress. I have been sleeping much deeper and in no pain since I got it! My husband is heavier than me and that used to make me have to sleep on a slope in our old mattress, but not anymore! The mattress came very fast even in the pandemic, smells good, and was able to sleep on it the same day we got it!”
“So before I bought my Nolah Mattress, I had been using a generic memory foam mattress for the past 5 years. At first it was ok, but it seems to deteriorate over time. I have a fitbit that tracks how well I sleep every night and if you've never used one before, it gives you a sleep score out of 100. Just to be brief, my average sleep score was always in the 75-82 range which is ok at best. After using the Nolah Mattress for 30 days my sleep score has averaged 86-91. I've had long restful sleeps though the night, even with my dog hopping on and off the bed several times. I am very pleased with this purchase and I plan on using this for at least the next 7-10 years. Great Mattress, great pillows, great sleep!”
“Let me start with saying I didn't think this mattress was gonna work. Shipping was timely, set it up, it felt amazing. I had to sleep on it. Let's start with the cons. For the first two weeks I dreaded going to bed. I hated it more then I have hated anything before. I can't stand the feeling of being "stuck". This mattress definitely has a "stuck" feeling. You can't turn in bed unless you lift yourself up and move. We purchased a mattress protector from you, put it on the bed, and our sheets. EVERY SINGLE NIGHT I have to fix the sheet because it won't stay on. I've tried 10 different fitted sheets. Large pockets, normal pockets, nothing works. It retains heat. If you sleep hot, this is not the mattress for you. Side edge is lacking support. You can't sleep on your stomach or else you wake up with some lower back pain. Now on to the pros. It has been a few months since I purchased this mattress and I can finally say I no longer dread going to bed. The main reason we went with this nolah is because my husband and I were waking up every night with shoulder pain. This nolah was recommended to us because of the side sleepers we are. We no longer have any shoulder pain. The mattress itself is incredibly comfortable. Movement doesn't travel from your partner. Bonus, my kids no longer want to jump on my bed. ;) it contours to your body and has nice support for shoulders. I'm glad that the trial period is incredibly long. If I had to make a decision the first few weeks I would have sent it back. I can't say this is the best mattress I've ever owned, but I can say it is better than the old pillow top we had. And because it is slightly better than our old mattress, and we no longer have pain waking up, we decided to keep it.”
“Purchased the LE 10", and my wife loves it. She's a side sleeper, and since we got the new mattress her shoulder pain has gone away. I'm a back sleeper, and the LE 10" is a bit too firm for me to get comfortable unfortunately. We used to have an old coil mattress with a 4" foam topper on it, so I guess I'm used to sleeping on something that has more of a soft/plush feel to it as opposed to a supportive/firm feel. We've had the Nolah for about 6 weeks now, so it's possible it still needs more time to break in. Hopefully this review is helpful to someone. Great for side sleepers, but too firm if you're 175 lbs and used to more of a plush/enveloping feeling. I give it 3 stars, my wife gives it 5, hence the 4 star review.”
“I've had my Nolah for ~6 weeks now. I'm a side sleeper who has been sleeping on more firm beds. I had some back pain before that has gone away since. At the same time as I got the Nolah I did start some exercises to alleviate the pain, so it's tough to give the credit to either entirely. Others have said that softer beds will make you sleep hotter, but I haven't had any issues with temperature on my Nolah.”
“My shopping experience was easy. My son and daughter in law gave it rave reviews. My husband is quite satisfied. Me not so sure. Not particularly refreshed.”
