Most companies overpromise and underdeliver. Nolah has understated and underpromised. Run, dont walk to buy one for yourself.”
“Our queen size Nolah is awesome! It's the first time we've purchased a foam mattress or a mattress online. The shopping experience was easy and customer service answered all of our questions before and after the purchase, from questions about smelly flame retardants to bed slats! Yes, we're sleeping much better, we practically melt into bed but without sinking in or feeling stuck. My husband runs hot at night, but not since switching to a Nolah mattress - the cooling foam and wicking cover work unlike that supposed blue "cooling" gel. I am a light sleeper so it is a bonus that Nolah doesn't transfer my flip flopping and disturb my husband's sleep. Since getting a Nolah my right shoulder and hip pain is gone - I am truly amazed and grateful. I was so happy to find a bed that is great for side and back sleepers that also alleviates pressure point pain. Aah! All of the key selling points on the Nolah website turned out to be true! “I ordered this mattress because I thought it would be great since Im a side sleeper. I have chronic hip pain and have been experiencing some lower back pain as well. Although this mattress gave slightly under my hips, it wasnt nearly soft enough. I found myself tossing and turning throughout the night to try getting comfortable. My husband, who also likes a softer mattress, said it felt like he was sleeping on a brick. The return process was relatively simple. I donated it to a local charity who came and picked it up. They gave me a donation receipt which I sent to customer service via email. The refund was credited back to my Klarna account almost immediately.”

“We've had the Nolah queen mattress for two or three weeks, still getting used to it. Didn't like the smell for the first week. It's much better for my husband's rotator-cuffs-removed shoulders, for mine I had to add a latex topper in the shoulder area (I have fibromyalgia). For hip support, I like it but my husband needed more support so we put some egg crate foam under the sheet for his hips. Still, the medium support is much better than the medium firm we had with a MUCH more expensive mattress from a store. I think that with our added adjustments the mattress will work out fine. Other than that we'll have to go to a REALLY custom bed!! BTW, Nolah had quick shipping.”
