My husband was having a lot of pain in his ribs and side which led us to look for a new mattress. His pain has been completely eliminated with the Nolah! We sleep soundly and wake up refreshed. I thought I might feel trapped in a foam bed but not at all. Easy to move around and not disturb each other. I am a hot sleeper and, while I still get hot, it is nowhere near like the old mattress.
