“We are undecided after 3-4 weeks sleeping on Nolah bed. Firstly, it is comfortable for the most part. I have no issues, but my wife wakes up with a sore back frequently. She doesnt feel the give as much as I do. We researched for weeks & thought Nolah would have the most comfort for us. We had had a year old mattress with a 3 memory foam topper that she felt was more cloud-like. We have not decided whether to keep the Nolah & add a topper or try another brand at this point. She wants to try a bit longer as is.
Our shopping/shipping and ease of buying experience was perfect with this company. For the price, we are considering options. We wanted to give our honest opinions for other people as well. We wonder if Nolah has advice for us and how they may be able to help with our decision.”
“My husband and I are very happy with this purchase. We both tend to move from side to back and sometimes stomach. This bed cradles the body no matter which way we end up. I struggle with arthritic hip pain and this bed has helped me find relief. It's not a cure, but it always me to fall asleep long enough to dream again which is super!”
“Finally a comfortable, supportive, yet soft mattress for a side sleeper!! I purchased a king sized Nolah original 10, because the price was great. This feels like a luxury mattress. I tried another popular mattress and I woke up with my entire body in pain. I saw the reviews on Nolah and how much side sleepers loved it, now I love mine too. I was worried I'd sink too much but it feels supportive AND heavenly soft at the same time. My hips and shoulders feel great for the first time in 10 years. I've even slept on my back because it's that comfortable. I'm super picky about off gassing and odors and the Nolah has no smell to it at all. I'm so happy with my purchase.”
“After extensive online searching, my husband and I bought the NOLAH in hopes of relieving our pressure point pain - mostly hips and shoulders. We are in our mid-fifties and play competitive sports and or aging bodies don't recover like the used to. He is a back sleeper while I sleep on my side.
We've had our NOLAH for about one month and our pressure point issues are resolved.
The mattress is on the medium firm side of foam mattresses, one doesn't sink too deep but the NOLAH does allow the right amount of cushion to cradle hips and shoulders. I prefer a softer mattress while my husband prefers a bit more firmness. This mattress suits both our needs.
We are very happy with our purchase.”
“This is the first time Ive purchased a mattress in a box. I love it. Super easy to order and delivered directly to my house for me to unbox. It was fun to watch it expand after taking off the plastic wrap. I love the low risk factor that I can try the mattress for over three months to see if it really works for me. Im still trying to decide. It feels really good when I lay on it. Nice and soft but I dont sink in too much. I dont think my wife feels me move. The jury is still out on whether Im keeping this mattress and thats the beauty of this process.”
“I was experiencing lower back pain for a few months. Upon researching causes, I thought that it might have been our 10-year old mattress. So after more research on best mattress for side sleeping. We decided on Nolah and are glad we did. It was within budget, super comfortable, and designed for side-sleepers.
After a couple weeks sleeping on it, I would buy it again. I love that I don't sink into the bed so much that I get stuck and overheat. It has nice rebound. While some reviews of foam mattresses are concerned about edge support, it has not been a problem for us. Best of all, my lower back pain has disappeared.
Overall, a great bed and a good price. I would buy it again and have already recommended it to my friends.”
“My husband and I have had the Nolah Original for about 6 weeks, and I absolutely adore it. It's supportive, sleeps cool, and takes pressure off my shoulders. We unfortunately will have to return it as it is too soft for my husband, but we hope to purchase from Nolah again in the future!”
“Shopping was easy. We got the bear hybrid first, which is a great mattress but too firm for us ( my wife is 120 lbs and I am 165lbs). Nolah was less expensive and better for us as primarily side sleepers.”
