“I love my new mattress. My shoulders and back feel much better when I wake in the morning. BUT the customer service is EVEN better than the mattress itself. After I ordered online, a live person called me to review my order and answer all my questions. Then, after my mattress arrived but my pillows didn't bc they were shipped separately (the CS rep told me that but I forgot), I called in to inquire. I used the number of CS rep who had called me before and it went to VM. I didn't leave a message and subsequently remembered they were mailed separately. But, another rep called me back and said "I noticed you called in, what can I help you with?" This still amazes me in this day and age! If you're on the fence, you should do it. You won't regret it.”
“I previously had the Purple Mattress but I started getting sore in my hips from sleeping on my side with that mattress so I decided I needed a new mattress and with some research I found the Nolah Mattress. I ordered the King Nolah Mattress and its extremely comfortable. It took a little bit of time to adjust to it but now I find it the most comfortable mattress Ive ever had. I highly recommend it for a side sleeper. Sometimes I sleep on my back and that is comfortable as well. The pillows are also amazing! I am looking to order more of them because my children love them too!”
“Our Nolah experience has been great. The shipping updates kept us in the loop and it arrived within the specified time. Unboxing was simple. Its always fun to watch these types of beds inflate! I had feared Id made a mistake when I first tested it out, because it was very soft and I could see backaches in my future. The first night it was still not all I had hoped for. But then after it had the full 24 hours to decompress, it felt just like I had envisioned. Soft, but still supportive. Im a petite build (52 and about 105lbs) and so many beds are too hard for me. My spouse (58 and about 175lbs) also finds the mattress comfortable, although he isnt as picky as me. We both are side sleepers, but I also sleep on my back and stomach sometimes, and find this comfortable for all three. Also, the bed is great at minimizing movement from the other person!
