“I am still not liking it very well, but the customer service has been great. When I reached out to explain that I didn't like it, a representative suggested I give it a little more time. A week later I still wasn't happy and reached out and they sent a very nice mattress pad. Last night was the first night, I tried that and it still isn't as soft as I'd like, but I will give it a few more nights. I do think I will probably need a softer mattress though because my side and hip still are hurting when I wake up.”
