One surprise that I got when I bought my Nolah was that they actually sent me a Norton's Shopping Guarantee which was purchased by Nolah on my behalf. This served to make me aware that Nolah really knows they have a great product and really wants you to make sure you are comfortable with the purchase. It shipped in a box completely compressed. The Cal King was approx. 80 lbs. We carried the box upstairs and just opened the bag and the mattress just expanded. Super easy. I can say that, this mattress was indeed one of the best purchases I have made. The shoulder and back pain don't flare when I am sleeping and I get a good night's rest just like I did when I was on vacation.”

“I've had my Nolah for 2 weeks now and the adjustment to it has been minimal. For me, injury will never allow me to what others would consider being pain free, but this mattress seems to work for me. As a side sleeper, sinking down and having my shoulder press up through my face on other mattresses downright sucks.
