“This company honors their word, and provides the most outstanding customer service. My bed arrived with a defect on one of the corners. I emailed Nolah with a pic right away, and within hours, I received a phone call with an offer to immediately ship out a new mattress. The mattress has a luxurious softness, yet supported my 210 lb body without feeling like I was sinking into it. It did take over a week for the bed to soften to my body, and although I did want to return it every day for the first week, (the mattress cannot be returned until after 30 days), I'm glad that didn't happen because I started to absolutely fall in love with it. I could feel the softness of the mattress rise to cradle and fill the gaps of my body so I was perfectly supported and aligned. There was no transfer motion to wake me. I had no problem sleeping near the edge. It's a very well made soft feeling, but supportive mattress. My body runs abnormally hot, so much so that I rarely wear a coat in the Chicago winters and never turn on the heat. I do not believe this bed would run hot for a normal person, but since my body emits a ton of heat, it was too hot for me. I never did sweat, it just caused a lot of tossing & turning. I liked this mattress so much, that I bought cooling sheets hoping it would help, but it didn't. I finally decided to return the bed, and was prepared for a battle that never was. Nolah customer service could not have been nicer, more helpful, or more outstanding. I returned my bed during the Covid phase 2 shutdown, when it was extremely difficult to accomplish anything, yet Nolah found a hauler to pick up my bed within a week, and I received my refund several days before promised. If your body does not emit a ton of heat like mine, you will love this bed.”
“This mattress is wonderful. Not too soft not too firm. I have had many injuries during my very active life that has left me with aches and pains. Most recent broken shoulder and 2 broken ribs on my left side, my favorite side to sleep on. I would wake many times a night trying to reposition and get as comfortable as I could with little success. Many nights of broken sleep. With my new Nolah bed, I can get comfortable in just about any position. I am sleeping through the night and waking feeling better than I have in years. Highly recommend this bed to anyone!”
“Easy to purchase, timely delivery. Definitely better the the mattress it replaced. I expected it to be a little softer, however I am comfortable for a longer period of time while on my side or back. The mattress is hotter than my previous one, immediately switched to a lightweight comforter.”
