“After looking into this mattress for a year, we decided it was the right one for us. All the reviews say its wonderful, like sleeping on a cloud. I wouldnt go that far. We were looking forward to waking up pain free since both myself and my husband have lower back issues. After night one, my husband said he got the best sleep of his life and woke up pain free. Me, on the other hand, had no back pain but my shoulder that I slept on was aching. We gave it a week to see if my body could adjust. I am a side sleeper and this mattress was only comfortable if I slept on my back. In the end, we had to add 2 inch gel foam topper so that I could also get a great nights sleep with no pain in the morning. While the topper has helped, Im disappointed that we needed to add anything to our mattress. I believe a 14 inch Nolah would be perfect.”
“This is my second Nolah mattress, and it's for the basement bedroom I plan to use when the weather gets too hot. I couldn't imagine wanting to sleep on anything else after having the first one for well over a year now. And when I had a house/pet sitter who used my bed while I was travelling, she asked me what it was because she slept better than she had in years. “Could be a little softer. Doesn't sleep cool in my wife's opinion. Comfortable for the first few hours every night. Hips and shoulders were sore for first couple weeks. Very little motion transfer is a plus.”
