“I appreciated the excellent and personal service. All the terms were explained to me so there were no surprises. It was a two person job getting the bed out of the box and onto the bed platform, but the instructions that were printed on the box were clear and helpful. I wish the print was big enough so that I didn't need to use a magnifier to read. That is my only criticism! No outgassing, which I was grateful for although the mattress protector had a bit of an odor. I didn't notice it once my sheets covered it. It felt like "my" bed from the start. There was no breaking it in; it was comfortable right away and I woke up the next morning without the nagging hip pain that had been my daily experience for too long. Get this mattress; you will save money on chiropractors!”
