So now I've been using all the Outlast technology bedding: mattress pad, sheets, duvet, duvet cover, and pillow cases. I found that the bedding you use is just as important as the mattress you choose.”

“So, I've had this mattress for about a month now. I don't wake up with shoulder pain like I used to on my last mattress, which was a memory foam. However, my lower back still aches and I don't know if that's because the mattress is soft enough for my shoulders but too soft to support my back. I sleep on my side and have sleep apnea severe enough to require a CPAP mask, so I can't sleep on my back, which might help with the lower back strain. I'll continue to use this and see if it gets better in the next couple weeks for my lower back. If not, I'll ask for a return.”
