“My husband and I live very different mattresses, we always have to compromise. We tried a Nolah in hopes that it would satisfy us both. I am a side sleeper and I found it was not nearly soft and fluffy enough for me. I still had shoulder and hip pain in the mornings. My husband is a back sleeper and he wasn't any better off than we had been with our old mattress. It wasn't a terrible mattress but for as much as it cost we expected much more comfort.
I appreciate the reason why they want you to try it for 30 days before you can return it, but we we were DONE after 2 weeks and could not order a new one until we got the refund. So it was a long long month of being uncomfortable and wanting a different mattress before we could make it happen.
That said, the return process was easy once the 30 days was finally up, they had a local charity come and take it away, and the refund was processed quickly.”
“I did a little research on beds and this one popped up as best for side sleepers with back pain. We needed to replace our old spring based pillow top mattress that was actually hurting me even when I wasnt asleep so, I thought what can we lose?
