I'm roughly 190 lbs and 5'10". The firmness on this mattress is much better than my prior mattress . On a scale of firmness (1 being most firm), I would rank this mattress as a 3.5, which is a bit stiffer than I would like but still great enough to eleviate some of the pain I had from my 2.5 mattress.
