“I'm sorry to say that this topper was not firm in my opinion. I bought it to protect myself from a mattress I bought that claimed to be firm. It wasn't. So, I'm back to looking for a firm mattress from the "good old days" when mattresses were built well. I asked to return the topper, but was given a choice of returning or taking a 3/4 refund. I took the refund and will donate the topper.”
“I bought the mattress topper hoping it would alleviate some back pain. It didn't help and all it was good for was shifting off the bed. I couldn't get a good grip on the elastic and tuck it under my heavy mattress. Each day the mattress topper moved inches. Every other day I would have to pull the topper back into the correct position, which actually hurt my back each time. Frustrated it was thrown away over a month ago. Not a good experience at all. I'm giving it a two because just because it didn't work for me it was packaged well and looked well made.”
