“I dont have many regrets in life, but this one is a biggie: buying a Tempurpedic mattress. No more sleep. Sadness. Everyone should be aware that memory foam products sleep HOT, not warm. Its firmness was like sleeping on top of a rock. Its like sleeping on top of a lit lava rock. Awful. I used a latex mattress topper that helped for about a year, but then it flattened. Back to sleeping on a rock. I got a Saatva graphite-infused topper that slept as hot as barbecue grill. Its marketed as cooling. What a joke! I wanted to die. It was also too plushy for our backs. Then I got the Nolah firm topper. It was better. Good enough for our backs, but comfortable, and cooler for me. The Nolah topper combined with a cooling bedding set is helping a lot. Im sleeping again AND resting for the first time in a few years. Its not a perfect product, but its helping a lot.”
