“This is probably the best bed frame all around for us. We have two babies and two dogs so the adjustable height legs were a big deal for us. With the 15" height of the mattress and using the minimum 6" height of the frame legs, it's comfortable to set on the edge of the bed, and none of our babies have a hard time climbing in with us. The lighting under the frame is a nice touch and it's great for seeing where you're going if you have to get up in the middle of the night, and there's no lack of USB chargers.
If you're a side sleeper you're gonna use the flat position 99% of the time. Still, it's very nice to have the option to adjust.”

“Shopping experience good...the boxes of the adjustable bed frame were quite damaged, but packaged well enough for the frames to be undamaged. Yes...it took some figuring to put the frames together and yes they are heavy, but my husband and I were able to do it together. He likes the adjustable ability. I find that my body prefers the flat position. The mattresses themselves are very comfortable. Some may consider them soft...but they feel supportive. My biggest issue is with my neck and lower back. It has taken some time to get the pillow and mattress combo worked out. The mattress does not solve all my issues. As long as I take the time to stretch my problem areas, I sleep well on this mattress. Over all we are very pleased.”

“Both my husband and I are pleased with our choice of the Nolah mattress and base. Set up was easy (the boxes, however, are very heavy). The 120 day trial period was a big selling point because you can't know if a mattress is right until you sleep on it. Two suggestions - the base beeped and we couldn't figure out why. Your rep in the online chat told us it was the bluetooth feature and we could just disconnect it. You might want to include that more clearly in the set up instructions. Also, the remote should have a motion activated light. When you need to adjust at night, the light doesn't come on until you hit one of the buttons.”
“Purchasing the Nolah was very easy and the bed itself is extremely comfortable. We love the ability to adjust the bed as we desire and use the massage feature regularly. It would have been better if both the mattresses had arrived at the same time, though. Also, information about disconnecting the wireless to avoid the beeping should be pointed out before the bed is placed in position. Also, deciding on the desired height should be done before placing the bed in position. Otherwise, one has to crawl under the bed to disconnect the wireless and adjust the height. That takes some doing, for sure.”
