I have been having back pains in the morning for several years, and finally bought this. Will need to give the mattress some time to get used to. I had a sleep number and slowly grew to hate it. I've only had the Nolah mattress for a couple weeks now, so I'm still getting used to it. HOWEVER, once it goes off, you really feel much more relaxed. I wish it had a customized timer because what it is now (i think 15 minutes) would be nice to have at 30 minutes. The feeling after it goes off feels amazing. Side sleeping is much more comfortable now.”
