“The entire process was pretty smooth. I was worried that the frame and mattress would arrive a week or more apart, but they arrived within a day of each other.
Frame setup was a bit confusing as there was additional wiring we didnt need to use. A quick phone call sorted that out.
The mattress is divine. Absolutely no chemical smell from day one. It feels softer than expected at first, but has been such a relief for my hips - the firmness is just right. I also like being able to adjust my sleep position in the night.
My only “complaint” is that the massage doesn’t really reach my muscles, nd just seems to vaguely shake the mattress. It’s also very loud. I never use it, so it’s not really a complaint. I do wish there had been an option for a single size frame without it.”
“We love our new Nolah adjustable base. It operates perfectly and it is so quiet when changing position and when on massage/vibrate. The remote is easy to use.
We did a problem with not being able to get the legs apart so we could shorten them but I contacted Nolah and they sent me out some new legs. They arrived quickly, came apart as expected and now the bed is the perfect height. Ten stars for customer service!
We looked at a lot of other adjustable bases and the Nolah was one of the most expensive we considered. We have no regrets though because it is everything we wanted and it is a quality product.”
