“The base is very flimsy and I wish the platform was actually a solid piece and not just a piece of fabric with bendible boards inside of it. Really??”
“Unfortunately I cannot review the platform base. When I received confirmation that it was sent it took 3+ weeks for customer service to confirm that it was unable to be located. I was told a new one would be rushed out and 10 days later, after another confirmation of shipping, customer service informed me that none were in stock. Offering simply a refund or to wait another 5 weeks.
Not happy with how it was handled and I might have considered purchasing the more expensive frames from Nolah if I’d properly been informed of the stock issue or quickly been informed of the difficulties with getting me the item I purchased.”
