“Ordered this for my wife and while it is quite warm and comfortable the quality of production is terrible. They way the material is cut and sewn is totally skew and even the pockets were at different heights.
I returned the first jacket and the replacement was somewhat better but still not particularly well put together. On top of that, it has been more than 1 month and my return has still not been processed.
Nice designed warm jacket, but don't have high expectations for quality control or customer service or you will be disappointed.”
