“I honestly wanted to leave a better review... the jacket was well made and looks great! However, the jacket was shorter than I like my gear to be and a little tight. I had expressed interest in changing my size to a large prior to the manufacturing of the jacket if the measurements I provided indicated, but I was still sent a medium. When I emailed NWT3K to notify them that the jacket didn’t fit and wanted to arrange a return I never got a response. I am now a week past their 7 day return window and still no response. I spent $400 on this jacket and put my trust in a new company and have been completely let down by the responsiveness of their customer service.”
