“I love my custom Northwest Tech Jacket. I ski 3-5 days a week during the winter in Washington State and this outerwear stands up to the test of weather and lots of use. I am a small frame human (5'9 & 145) but I always spring for the XL Jacket. This allows for great flexibility in choosing the appropriate amount of layers to wear underneath for variable weather. In addition, the side vents are key to staying cool on warm weather days. The shape and size of the hood is key for those super windy and heavy precipitation days. I am able to wear it over my beanies/helmet and zip it up all the way for maximum protection from the elements. Lastly and most importantly, I choose to have all six pockets because there is nothing better than being able to carry around plenty of snacks on your person to fuel you through a day in the mountains.”
