ordered this item 4 weeks ago. You said it was in stock. Its supposedly ready for shipping for 2 weeks now. Completely miss leading company.

After the order matured to past 3 weeks, there was no delivery or communications to me on why. I finally called at 4 weeks past the order date and received an almost rude exchange on my question of the order status. He kept stating there was nothing that he could do and no one was there to check on the delay...over and over. He said he would have the shipping department contact me with some status details. No such call was received or email attempt to explain the delay. As you could see the order is quite delinquent from the 1-3 week shipment displayed. The new delivery estimate is 1-12 weeks 1-12 weeks per the internet advertisement. At the time of my last call the delivery estimate is 1-10 weeks. I would like to receive a manager contact me to explain the poor customer service.
