“I purchased one of these back when they were still called pro setter. They do have a bit of a learning curve, but really easy to learn. I chose this over the other fully automated ones sold elsewhere. Mainly because its manual, and that makes you look at the teeth and blade. It does a great job at setting and is fast, it's easy on the hands unlike the squeeze type, believe me I still get cramps in my hands just thinking about it. Best setter in my opinion on the market at this time, hands down.”
“I have not been able to use my tooth steer due to an adjustment bolt being damaged (bent) upon arrival. The packaging was not damaged just the anvil adjustment bolt was bent. It’s been several weeks since I first contacted customer service about it and then I contacted them again last week and was told it would be at least another week before they get any. I’ll probably have to purchase a bolt for it so I can at least make sure nothing else was damaged and I can utilize it. Customer service was great, but that isn’t getting my setter operational.”
