“The bundle is definitely the way to go. Assembly of the units is fairly simple and quick. The tooth set works very well and is quick.
The sharpener is quite involved in setting to your blade. Multiple adjustments to get it dialed in just right. Once it is on, blades are done in just about 10 minutes or so.
Do not rush the set up on the sharpener. I did and ended up taking off a tooth and the stone wheel was ruined. Still an awesome machine.”

My blade maintenance time has been reduced by at least 75%. before I got the bundle I just bought new blades because of the time it took with my older manual equipment. Now I can have sharp and properly set blades in just a few minutes. I saw mixed soft and hardwood so being able to sharpen to different degrees is a major plus. “Given the investment cost in blades having the SabreTooth sharpener and Setter means instead of maximizing cuts from a blades I change blades at the first signs of dulling and that I always have prepared blades before setting up to cut. Once used to the setup blades indistinguishable from new blades. This results in a better product when cutting hardwoods. I would like a 120v option for my application and a set stop on the setter but this does not impact me significantly. I would recommend.”
