“It's hard to do business with people that you can not get a hold of. Also, I purchased 50 blades which were in stock and ready to ship in 3 days or less. It took them 2+ weeks to ship them.. no response or apology email.. even worse their warehouse is only a 100 miles away!!! Norwood please fire your current managers and hire competent management staff. Self-sabotage is not a good business practice.!”
“Ordered the Blue flex blades for my LM29 after good reviews to try over the standard sabertooth
Very disappointed in these blades, they severly underperform vs the basic sabertooth. When cutting ash, oak, and poplar they dull quick and have issues with straight cuts.
tried multiple blades with same issues. I switched back to the standard sabertooth and everything performed as expected
would not recommend at all”
