“The Adult Poncho Pro fits our teenage boys well, and the zip up pocket looks great. After 2 washes they're still shedding fluff all over them, but hopefully a spin in the drier will have this sorted.”

I can only assume you have given a 1 star product review and commented on the 'poor quality' of our 100% cotton ponchos because you are annoyed at the fact we would not give you a refund for a product that was not faulty or 'as described'
As discussed in our many emails back and forth we do our very best to describe our products exactly as they are. Your misinterpretation is unfortunate but nowhere in any of our descriptions or customer reviews does it say or suggest that the hidden pocket inside the Pro poncho is for your hands to be able to go right through so you can get changed. It clearly states 'Hidden zip pocket inside for your phone, keys, sunnies, all safe and secure'
Although delayed the product you received was not faulty therefore we felt we did not need to refund it. We kindly offered you a store credit or exchange (which is outside of our policy) but you did not respond.
Perhaps you could consider your 1 star review and as always you are welcome to accept our offer of a store credit or exchange by responding to my email.
