“I was absolutely blown away by the amazing customer service from Noxen. I ordered a few days before Christmas and they went out of their way to have it delivered in time. there was a slight mix up with the delivery address (thanks to google maps and having two streets named the same so close together ) but they were determined to make sure i got my package, even offering to come all the way over to the other side of town late christmas eve to make sure we had it for christmas morning. Thank you so much! The ponchos ordered are awesome and amazing quality, kids were absolutely stoked!! would definetly order again and highly recommend.”
