“I purchased the hat filler in case the 55cm adult hat was too big (I have a small head). The hat fits me pretty well, and I think the hat fillers will only be required on windy days, and so I have not used them yet. If I do use them I will leave the backing on so I can take them out again - but they will definitely come in handy. The instructions on how to use them are straight forward and make sense.
