“We had these windows installed 4 years ago. We bought the executive series double hung windows. The contractor we hired was not that great, but his installers were very good. We had to call NT Windows corporate office to check on what was taking so long. They made the contractor finish our job. It took a couple of weeks to get all of our windows installed, but they were worth the headaches. NT Windows called us back to make sure all of our windows were put in and if we were happy. They also let us know that the contractor was no longer a dealer for their company. The windows are very efficient, pretty and well made. I am very happy with my windows and the company that manufactures them.”

After a very long study we chose to go with NT Windows, Executive series Cardinal 366 Low-E / Argon Filled / Single Hung Tilt-In. If you own a home with standard old storm windows, then you are literally throwing money out of the window. “These new kitchen windows look 1/2 thick, double-paned, and filled with gas. There shouldn't be any temperature transfer. Yet 2-3 times a week I walk into the kitchen and the windows are completely fogged or have condensation on the outside. Since the panes are stationary and 30 feet above the ground I cannot simply wipe them off (if indeed condensation is the only problem). I bought these to showcase my view and add value to the house; instead the windows block the view sevearl times a week for several hours each time and thus have reduced the value of the house.”
