“The product is great. The courier company less so. Instead of leaving the parcel at the back door or in the letter box they leave a card offering to redeliver (for a charge) without saying when and implying that if I am not home when they call we can go through the same procedure again. Alternatively I can call into their depot to pick up but cannot arrange to do that until the next working day when I must ring. If I am too late they will return the parcel to you the sender. The whole thing comes across as a scam and I don't like it at all given that I have already apd for the item to be delivered once.”
