I was really happy with the product but the delivery contractor did not even knock on the door or ring the doorbell to see if I was home before quickly leaving to take my parcel to the nearest post office. I have Cerebral Palsy so sometimes need to get things delivered as I cannot go to most shops without assistance. The driver did not even give me time to get to the door before they left and therefore I couldn't sign for my delivery, which meant my husband had to go to the local post office to collect it. Please ask your contracted delivery drivers to, at the very least, knock or ring the doorbell, and wait for a short time to allow those of us with mobility issues to get to the door.”
