“Brand new out of the box unit came with defective lid for the container that holds slicing discs won't close properly due to defects in manufacturing tolerances. Came with cracks and chips. Splatula had scratches from manufacturing, not smooth. Looks and feels really cheap and not like a real culinary tool.
Also really cannot believe the unit doesn't come with 6mm slicing discs and graters even after purchasing the extra 'creative kit' $855 US dollars spent and I feel ripped off expecting a quality culinary device worthy of Robot Coupe reputation for quality.
Very disappointing with this purchase so far.”
