“I sent a text to you folk’s regarding the drive shaft and my problem. As yet I haven’t received an answer. I went back on your site and found I could order a new shaft.”
“Make sure nothing is wrong, the part I ordered fell out of the center piece when I lifted the bowl up. The original didn't even do that but both came loose when I took the bowl off the stand.”
“The two plastic washers are very flimsy. My first drive shaft original with the mixer had a plastic washer break before it was even a year old. I was glad to be able to replace it with a new drive shaft that was inexpensive but this one only used once already looks like one of the plastic washers has a slight tear in it. Not a very good design. I do love my mixer except for this.”
