“I got a second bowl to be able to leave set up with my flour sifter attachment, but it could also be used for a second bowl for mixing if needed. I had the metal bowl, but I like this bowl much better. With the slick interior, the bowl is completely clean after kneading bread. Very happy”
“I have one of the “old” universal plus machines and after receiving the new redesigned model, it does not appear as “sturdy “ as the old style. I am curious to see if it will last as long.
The bowls are a lighter weight and the whips seem to be lighter as well.”
