“I found the website to be lacking in what was required to get the whisk assembly to work with the slicer shredder bowl. Customer service has been pretty responsive but after spending the money for what I think I needed, I’m still not able to use it since I’ve finally found out that the part I need is on back order. It’s been very frustrating.”
