“It works fast and turns grain into flour. However, it is very loud. I recommend ear protection or put the mill in another room. I have a cabinet with a plug in so I start the mill and close the cabinet door.”

Customer service was very responsive and helpful. Turned out the machine was still under warranty and while I did have to pay a small amount to ship it to them, they repaired and returned it very quickly. Now, it's working great again.
