“This mill is not only affordable but efficient. It's a bit noisy but that's what hearing protection is for! Since we've received it, we milled the initial 2 cups of rice but have pretty much gone crazy with it. We even made cream of wheat with freshly milled wheat that was beyond delicious! I'm looking forward to working now with so many different types of grains.
While I really liked my previous mill that attached to my mixer, it simply cannot hold a candle to the Classic Grain mill. We've eaten more bread since I've started milling my own flour and believe it or not, we haven't gained any weight!
Thank you Nutrimill for providing an affordable product that actually works!”
“This may be a little bigger than the wooden grain mill with stones but it's light weight and very easy to clean. Extremely easy to mill flour. Very easy to adjust the settings. I'm loving it!”
“So I happened to order this mill because they were sold out of Harvest mills. I so glad I ended up getting this one because it was really a way better user friendly choice. I am in love. I've only had success since I opened it. It may not be as pretty as the harvest but it's a lot more easier to use.”
“I’ve used it a couple times milling whole wheat berries and rice for the first run through, per the instructions. It milled the grains to flour quickly.
I had another decent mill, but it sounded like a 747 was landing in the kitchen, and it took a bit to mill flour. This one is a lot quieter (sounds like a vacuum cleaner) and is quick. My favorite is that the container that holds the flour is right in the machine not outside with a hose. I also like that I can keep the top off and see the grains while it mills. I’m happy with my purchase.”
“I have just started to mill grain and I hope to start with a quality machine without the highest price. This is very fast and easy to adjust from flour to cornmeal. I find it easy to clean with just a little brushing.”
“I make up to 15 loaves of whole wheat bread a week. Hand grinding was awesome but I was tiring of it! I set the grind quite coarse and it comes out pretty similar for hard red wheat. Still tweaking it. JUST DONT FORGET TO PUSH THE BOWL IN! Learning curve!”
