“This is a beautiful looking machine. I only gave it 4 stars because sadly I’m waiting for my Nutrimill mixer to restock and be shipped to me. I’m so excited to receive it but have to wait til the end of June. I have no doubt both these machines will be a 5!”
“After an entire year of saving up and researching on the pros and cons of home milling machines, I made the plunge and bought myself the Nutrimill Classic. I opted for the Classic, specifically because this machine mills more quantity of wheat at one time than the Harvest. I must say, the Wondermill was a close second option for me. Nutrmill's Mother's Day sale made my decision easy ($250 as compared to their regular $299).
The machine itself is pretty light to carry and I store it in my pantry. I just carry it out to my kitchen whenever I need to mill flour. (Make sure to read the instruction manual and watch tutorials on first-time usage, there are tons out there). I'm Pakistani, and rotis/chapatis are a staple in my home and many SA homes. Milling fresh flour and cooking fresh rotis...there's nothing quite like it. The mill grinds the flour perfectly for the rotis. I also plan on making homemade bread but haven't gotten around to that yet (I have also invested in a Zojirushi Bread Maker).
One drawback (which I was aware of before buying), is that it is loud. Loud like a vacuum cleaner. But since the machine is quick, mine is on for literally 2-3 mins tops, so I don't mind the noise.
All in all, an excellent machine, which I know will pay for itself over the years. Plus, the health benefits of consuming fresh homemade breads and bread products is priceless. I'd highly recommend this product.”
