We are excited to be able to process our heritage product at home, beginning a tradition that our grand - and great-grand- mothers inspired in us. Industrially processed grain was a life-saver at it's inception, but has not adapted with changing times to improve the quality and nutrition this generation needs and can afford. When we know better we can do better. I am very happy so far with this Classic Nutrimill! My husband bought it for my birthday, so I made him fresh Apple Cider Donuts with my first grind. It's a nice size for our small home (though there's no room in the kitchen), easy to move around, straight-forward to operate. The instructions were clear, and I feel like I am poised for success.
