“I sent a reply email the day I received it.
I ordered a "New" filter because the foam of the original dust filter had deteriorated due to time and age. The filter I just received from you appears to be just as old and is not able to fluff itself back up from shipping (still pretty flat) and feels a little sticky like the rubber is breaking down from age.
Please send a filter that was manufactured more recently which is not already deteriorated from time.”
