“There is a learning curve to find the sweet spot on the stones for fine flour. Once that is learned the mill is just awesome. Easy to operate, clean.”
“It's beautiful! The grain mill is surprisingly quiet. It only gets loud when the grain is grinding. There is very minimal flour dust as well. Due to it being stone ground, the flour is not super fine on the first grind so I just run it through twice and that is perfect! Overall very satisfied.”
