“I was so looking forward to my new mill and I was so sad that my mill stopped working in the second time I tried it. I would like to have it fixed or returned. My email doesn’t seem to go through and I haven’t gotten a response. I called during the Holiday break and was forwarded to a technician and never got a return to my voicemail. So disappointing….. hoping an employee can read this and write back?”
“Great customer service! Beautiful looking mill for a great price. I really want to like how it functions, but I’m not impressed. I have been milling flour for over a year now with another electric mill and thought maybe the Harvest Grain Mill would be easier to adjust and make fine flour. To my dismay it is actually much harder to work and I have never been able to get as fine of flour than my original mill. Also the dial inside the hopper really makes the hopper harder to fill. Wish I could have rated the mill higher.”
