“To be honest, the first Refurbished Harvest Grain Mill that came was defective. But, customer service was EXCELLENT! She listened to what it did not do and decided right then (without having to talk with someone else!) to replace the unit. The new one came with a return label for the first one. The new one is awesome! I am really enjoying the new grain mill!”
