“I am a new user of the Bosch mixer. I've always used a KitchenAid until I saw a demo on YouTube. I was fascinated with the idea of an open bowl. I love how I can add ingredients at the top of the bowl and still be able to see how everything is being mixed together. I purchased the Baker's Pack because I knew that I would love each of theses pieces too. I've only used the cookie paddles so far, but they did a great job (and fast!) of creaming the butter, sugar and eggs. I can't wait to use the cake beaters and bowl scraper too.
