“I purchased the universal plus WITH the Bakers package for my wife as a christmas gift. I decided to give it to her early since she was starting her christmas baking. To my surprise all of the bakers attachments had explicit warnings to only use with the metal driver but all I received was a plastic driver. for having spent almost $400 you would think it would come included with the baker pack but no they expect me to purchase it for another $20 plus shipping. How are you going to sell "bonus" attachments and not even include a necessary piece. That is very shady business practice and classic bait and switch. At least with KitchenAid you get what you pay for and they've never used shady used car salesmen techniques. Stay away at all cost. extremely deceitful.”
“Mixer is great. Baker’s pack is somewhat good. Can’t use the bowl scraper because it looks like it was melted. Can’t get the scrapers to attach. Submitted a warranty claim. Haven’t heard anything. It’s been over two weeks since ordering, still unable to use the bowl scraper. Probably won’t be able to use it for a while.”
