“I would tell them that it is just okay... not great (like I had hoped) nor horrible (like I had feared)... just middle of the road. Obviously it is for making larger batches (but gotta be careful not to get too large). I need to try changing the order of adding ingredients in hopes that I can be less frustrated... it just pushes the butter around and around and around and does not mix well at all. I wanted to be dazzled, but am just not that impressed and sorry that I spent the extra money that I should've saved.”
“I have a universal plus model, and it’s fantastic. I was hoping that the smaller model would perform similarly. Unfortunately, this model does not even cream butter and sugar together. The paddles get stuck and will not turn. I use the same recipe in my universal model without any issues at all.”
