“I have really liked it for everything beside kneading bread dough. Nice job on cookie dough, whip cream, creaming butter, etc. Plenty of power for bread dough. Problem is that the dough gets stuck in one position on the dough hook and just rotates around the bowl. Off to replace it with the Universal Plus for this reason. Really wanted to love this since it was a little smaller.”
